Description:

We are a silent disco equipment rental company looking for an organized and reliable individual to take on the role of Equipment Handler for our Silent Disco Party Rentals. This part-time position is perfect for those who already have a work-from-home job, whether full-time or part-time, and are looking to supplement their income. While no specific interest in music is required, we do appreciate candidates who enjoy the unique atmosphere of silent discos.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinating the pickup and return of silent disco headphones.
- Charging and maintaining headphones between rentals.
- Occasionally managing deliveries and pickups of headphones to/from clients.
- Ensuring inventory is well-organized, clean, and stored safely.
- Providing prompt responses to text messages for effective coordination.
- Asking customers for reviews after events. 
- Utilizing your home address as our location address.  

Requirements:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Adequate space to store between 100 and 200 headphones in 3 to 5 stackable bins, totaling 7 to 12 cubic feet.
- Reliable transportation for occasional deliveries and pickups.
- Good communication skills and a personable demeanor.

Compensation:
‍
- Monthly base payment of $50 for storing headphones.
- 20% commission on all headphone rentals. Full payment for any delivery services provided.
- Typical earnings range between $200 - $750/month, which averages out to about $35 - $50/hour.
- Pay correlates directly with time spent doing the job
